Facilities at corporate retreats

The first corporate retreats were resort hotels which catered almost exclusively to the executive clientele who came to those places to unwind and restore their energies. However, with time, there was a need for exclusive corporate retreats and executive hideaways that had several features including outdoor ones, so that executives could unwind without worrying about the regular hotel guests and regular hotel protocol.

Some of the best retreats across the country are located on golf courses, across rivers, and even in hunting grounds. There are corporate retreats that have their own game and fowl, and executives who come down to the retreat can book a day in their hunting grounds and come back with a full complement of hunted animals and birds including deer, pheasant, quail, and partridge. They also can make use of the trained gun dogs to retrieve their hunt!

While golf has become common at most of the corporate retreats, some of the best retreats are built right on world class 18-hole golf courses; and that is an entirely different experience. If you have a team of executives who dig golf, that is a great place to head down to.

There are several others which have various kinds of adventure sports, ranging from horse riding to jungle trekking, hiking, and even bungee jumping! If you’ve never been to one of these places with your team, time to do so!
